Belfield & Ward Ltd are a well establlished boutique stage and screen talent agency based in London’s Covent Garden and are seeking a full time agency assistant to join our small but perfectly formed team from mid-late September. Start date is negotiable for the right candidate.
Applicants should absolutely have previous experience of working in a talent agency environment and have a passion for and interest in all areas of the entertainment business, including Film Television, West End and regional theatre. Theatre visits and casting director trips are an integral part of this role.
Essential skills include a sense of initiative; tact and diplomacy; excellent communication skills; an ability to multi task and work well under pressure; as well as a desire to work with talent of varying ages and experience.
The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of IT systems including Tagmin, Spotlight, and IMDb plus experience of social media sites and Mac operating systems.
Please note this is not an entry level position.
