Belfield and Ward are a well-established actors and creatives agency based in London’s Covent Garden, working with actors and creatives across all genres. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Agency Assistant to join a small but perfectly formed team of 3.
Working Days are currently Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remotely.
A job description is available on request but includes, but is not limited to: fielding client calls, regular liaising with casting directors and production offices; collating CV’s and tagmin reports; diary and email management; theatre visits with casting directors; and uploading and forwarding self-tapes. Experience of Tagmin, Spotlight, & IMDBpro etc is preferred,
The ideal applicant will also have a working knowledge of the entertainment industry with contacts within that environment plus some experience of working in a busy agency environment. Start date: Nov 2024 (though this could be open to discussion).
