We are looking for an organised, ambitious individual to join our team, assisting two of our Agents.

If you have experience of working in talent management or casting and are looking to join a thriving talent agency then we would love to hear from you!

Ideally you’ll have…

• 1-2 years experience in talent management or casting environment

• A passion for working with talent

• A genuine interest in and knowledge of film, TV and theatre

• Strong relationship building skills and ability to communicate well at all levels

• High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask with a collaborative attitude

• An ability to pick things up quickly and work well under pressure

• Strong working knowledge of Social Media

• A working knowledge of Spotlight and Tagmin

Working closely with our team of senior agents and assistants, you’ll be responsible for…

• Actor and casting director liaison

• Actor career development and relations

• Replying to applications, attending showcases and helping to source new talent

• Attending events and productions that our talent are involved in

• General office duties including, but not limited to, making Spotlight submissions as instructed by senior agents, data entry, sending out audition/availability requests, meeting/greeting office guests, diary management, invoicing, social media marketing, updating the company website and re-stocking office supplies

This role is full time and will require some evening and weekend work as needed

Salary is based on experience
