AGENT’S ASSISTANT

InterTalent Rights Group is looking for an agent’s assistant to build a career working with actors & creatives across theatre, TV & film.

You will directly support company director and senior agent Sam Day alongside associate agent Eve Crawford within the Actors & Creatives division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse list of actors, directors, choreographers, designers, and artists of profile within theatre, TV and film.

The position will be best suited to an assistant with direct experience working in a talent agency or casting environment, but we are also open to entry-level applications from candidates with experience within & proven passion for the performing arts.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Direct industry experience and knowledge, preferably at a talent agency
  • Clear and compelling communication skills
  • First class organisational and time management skills
  • High levels of energy and motivation coupled with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast paced environment
  • Creative, passionate but critical thinker with excellent attention to detail, able to work with a wide variety of people
  • Strong grasp of IT including iMac, iMovie, Tagmin, Spotlight, and the use of social media and AI as business tools
  • Demonstrable knowledge of & genuine passion for theatre, television and film
  • A 2:1 or higher academic degree, or 1st class background in the performing arts

Tasks will include:

  • Regular trips to theatre and other industry events, including evenings and weekends from time-to-time
  • Personal assistance, diary and inbox management for a busy senior agent
  • Invoicing, client schedule management and administrative support
  • Communicating daily with clients and industry
  • Assisting in the securing and management of client employment from start to finish
  • Supporting the team in identifying new talent signings and developing opportunities within theatre, TV & film
