We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and personable individual to join our team full time as a Talent Agent’s Assistant from May 1st  2025. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with both established and development clients, and the chance to significantly contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting talent agents with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
• Liaising with casting directors, producers, and clients to coordinate auditions, meetings, and bookings.
• Reading and breaking down scripts.
• Supporting talent development efforts, including researching new talent, preparing submission materials, and updating actor profiles.
• Maintaining digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Providing general office support, such as managing office supplies and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., Tagmin, Spotlight, IMDbPro) is a plus.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to go above and beyond to support the careers of talented actors.
