Rossmore Management is looking for a part-time assistant for an office based position in Charing Cross. This would suit someone open to flexible working, in person, to supplement the team and cover staff holiday. Ideally, we are looking for someone to begin working with us as soon as possible.
Candidates must have experience of working in an office, and ideally have a background in the industry. It is important they are able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the industry. They should have excellent organisational and communication skills, be Mac proficient as well as being familiar with Microsoft software. In addition, knowledge of social media management and website editing would be useful. Familiarity with Tagmin and Spotlight is also desirable.
The role requires someone who is conscientious, self-motivated and adaptable with a positive outlook and who can perform efficiently and sometimes under pressure. It is a close knit working environment so we are looking to find a team player with energy, commitment and a genuine love of the industry.
