Agent’s Assistant

Denton Brierley is looking for a new team member to work directly with one of the Agents, Suzy Brierley.

The role is suited to someone who has worked in an agency environment before or has experience working in a busy administrative role with a minimum of two years’ experience.

We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

– Excellent organisational skills, must be able to multitask and prioritise accordingly. The ideal candidate should have forensic attention to detail.
– All the standard assistant responsibilities include; liaising with clients, sending clients tapes/meetings, editing self-tapes for submission, handling availability checks, updating client CVs, agency website and social channels.
– Experience of working with Tagmin.
– Acquiring a solid knowledge of the client base and their work to date, as well as forthcoming projects.
– Full administrative support, invoicing and diary management.
– Keeping up to date current with project information and as well as all-things client related.
– Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
– The ability of working autonomously.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
– Proactive and forward thinking; able to use own initiative, plan and work to tight deadlines.
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your work under pressure and to work to deadlines.
– Experience using social media.
