InterTalent Rights Group, an independent agency representing talent across all areas of entertainment and media, is looking for an Assistant to join the team within the Actors & Creatives department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse list of actors, directors, choreographers, designers and entertainers of profile within theatre, TV & Film.

The position is perfect for someone who has experience working for an agency, casting director or production company, and is looking to take on more responsibility with a fast-growing list, working alongside a young and dynamic team.

The ideal applicant will have:
– Direct industry knowledge and experience
– Proven time-management, multitasking and interpersonal skills
– Excellent written & verbal communication
– Strong grasp of social media
– A genuine passion for working with actors and creatives

Tasks will include:
– Regular trips to the theatre
– Invoicing, diary management and administrative support
– Communicating daily with clients & industry
– Assisting clients, agent and agency office as required
