We’re currently recruiting for an Assistant to work within our Below The Line department, reporting to an Agent specialising in Heads of Department (Directors of Photography, Costume Designers, Composers, etc) for feature film and television drama. Responsibilities will include various aspects of talent management support in a busy office environment, including invoicing, the processing and logging of contracts, maintenance of client diary system, client PR and overall maintaining the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational, written and verbal skills, you will need to be a strong organiser â calm and collected. You will also need to be a good and empathetic communicator as our work is done on the phone, in writing, and in person. We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, who has a passion for and good knowledge of Film & TV and the Arts. Specific training will be given, but knowing how to use Microsoft programmes (word, outlook and excel) proficiently is essential. As this is not an entry-level job, previous experience in either production or working in an agency is essential.
Responsibilities:
⢠Handling a high volume of emails and calls, both from clients and Production Companies.
⢠Script reading on behalf of, alongside Agent/Clients
⢠Organising meetings.
⢠Client submissions via email.
⢠Ensuring client CV’s are up to date.
⢠Processing contracts and organising online filing.
⢠Issuing invoices and keeping track of monies.
⢠Providing full administrative support to the agent.
⢠Diary management for the office.
⢠Booking international and domestic travel.

⢠A passion for, and knowledge of film and Television
