Agent's Assistant – Film, TV & Theatre Department

Posted May 10th 2023

United Agents Ltd (UA) is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing the worlds of film, TV, books, theatre and comedy. We’re currently recruiting an experienced Agent’s Assistant to work directly for an Agent who specialises in representing playwrights, screenwriters, directors and designers within our Film, TV & Theatre Department.

Responsibilities will include all aspects of talent management – dealing with clients, theatres, broadcasters and producers on a daily basis, diary management, processing and keeping track of contracts, updating client biographies, as well as responsibility for the invoicing and tracking of client payments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to attend opening nights and screenings (where appropriate), as well as be expected to provide general support to maintain the smooth running of the office.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational, written and verbal skills, a good knowledge of (and passion for) theatre, film and television (drama specifically), have a can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail and be proficient in the use of MS Office. We are looking for candidates with strong experience who have previously assisted an Agent and therefore politely ask that only those with relevant experience apply.

Closing date: 10am, Monday 22nd May 2023

As part of our commitment to building a diverse workforce we encourage applications from those who are currently unrepresented in our own workforce and wider industry. However you identify and whatever your background, we welcome you to apply.
