Independent Talent are looking for an Agent’s Assistant to join the lovely team in our Thame office.

This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working in a busy, friendly and fun office with the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Some experience working within the Film & Television industry would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
Core Responsibilities:
– Handling incoming calls / emails.
– Managing the client paperwork including logging jobs, invoices and new starter forms.
– Sending out / tracking contracts.
– Organising client meetings.
– Maintaining the client calendar and availability lists.
– Watching client’s work.
– Maintaining client information on the ITG website.
– Maintaining and updating internal systems with new job leads.
– Help to manage the day to day office tasks with the other assistants.
– Develop a knowledge and build a rapport with the leading Production Companies and
Producers in the industry.
Key Skills & Experience:
– Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
– Efficient and organised with a great attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
– An ability to multi-task and react quickly to ever-changing situations.
– A genuine interest in film and television.
– A desire and willingness to learn and develop in the role, becoming a key member of the team.
– Highly proficient using Apple Mac computers and software, with a good knowledge of organisational/ admin based office software (Google workplace, Microsoft office etc.).
You’ll be based in our office in Thame, Oxfordshire and normal office hours will be 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility is required.
