AGENT’S ASSISTANT (SCRIPTED)

InterTalent Rights Group is looking for an agent’s assistant to build a career working with actors & creatives across theatre, TV & film.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across and directly support two Agents, Alexandra MacMillan and Caitlin Rae Boyle, within the Actors & Creatives division.

The position will be best suited to an assistant with direct experience working in a talent agency or casting environment, but we are also open to entry-level applications from candidates with experience within & proven passion for the performing arts.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Direct industry experience and knowledge, preferably at a talent agency
  • Clear and compelling communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  • First class organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Problem solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
  • IT proficient with skills including: iMac, Microsoft Office, Canva and Social Media Platforms. Experience of Tagmin, Spotlight and iMovie are advantageous
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and genuine passion for theatre, television and film
  • A positive and professional can-do attitude with ability to work with a wide variety of people and be a team player

Tasks will include (not limited to):

  • Regular trips to theatre and industry events, including evenings and weekends from time-to-time
  • Diary and inbox management for Agents
  • Extensive admin duties across both client lists including diary management, invoicing, updating materials and internal systems
  • Occasional internal team coordination
  • Communicating daily with clients and industry contacts
