Emptage Hallett is looking for an experienced assistant for our growing commercials department.
This role will work with the existing team suggesting and sending clients to meetings, helping upload and edit self tapes, completing the necessary submission forms, invoicing and any other administration tasks required. We are keen to expand our commercials list and you will play an active part in that, including helping to explore new opportunities in commercials and branding.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as an assistant, have excellent communication and administration skills, pay great attention to detail and be familiar with industry software such as Tagmin and Spotlight.
The role is based in our busy London office, based just off Oxford Street. We offer hybrid office/home working.
