The Production Exchange is creating a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant or Junior Agent to develop their skills and progress in the industry.

London (Hybrid) | Permanent | Full-time.

The Production Exchange is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting emerging acting and creative talent in theatre, TV, Film, Audio and other areas of the entertainment industry. You will work alongside a small, dedicated team and play an active role in shaping the future of our agency, ensuring that both the performers’ and creatives’ divisions are supported on equal terms.

After a reasonable period of working closely with one of our Senior Agents, you will be offered the opportunity to assume responsibility for a client list.

Person Specification

Desirable Criteria:

  • A passion for talent development and a strong understanding of career progression in the arts.
  • Experience as an assistant agent, junior agent, or talent manager looking to take the next step.
  • Established contacts and relationships within the theatre, film, TV, and entertainment industries.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure strong deals for clients.
  • Strong communication and networking abilities.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to seeking opportunities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working with actors.
  • A background in talent management, production, or casting.
  • Experience using casting and industry databases (Spotlight, Tagmin, IMDb, etc.)
