An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to support Talent Agents, Grant Parsons and Rosie Whitcombe in our Talent department for a 12 month contract.
The role of an agent’s assistant centres around ensuring the smooth running of the agent’s office through effective organisation and exceptional client care. Client promotion, seeking new opportunities across the industry globally and safeguarding their interests is at the heart of what an agent does. The successful candidate will need to quickly gain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of each of the client’s work and specific requirements, building loyalty to Curtis Brown.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Assistant in a Literary or Talent Agency, or in a supporting role in an Agency for a Talent Department. They will need to have prior experience of deal and contract management.
This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working for a busy office and the skillset to adapt, learn and assist efficiently
Salary Range: Dependant on experience.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
