An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced assistant to support Co-Agents in our Talent Department. This role involves supporting two busy Talent Agents who have additional managerial responsibilities, including as Head of Talent Department.
This role centres around delivering excellent client care and systems administration to maximise success for the Agents’ clients, provide best possible service to production and publicity partners, support the development of the Agents’ Office, and build loyalty to Curtis Brown.
The role will also involve assisting on specific CBG administration and diary management tasks as and when required, maintaining strong working relationships with various members of the department, whilst remaining highly professional and acutely aware of the confidential nature of various conversations.
We are looking for an assistant with exceptional communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion and enthusiasm for film, theatre and television. This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working for a busy office and the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Previous experience working within the creative industry, e.g. in a talent agency or casting agency, is desired.
