An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to support three Agents across two offices in our Theatre, Film & Television (TFTV) department. Cynthia Okoye represents a list of exciting writers and directors for film and television, and Ligeia Marsh and Hannah Young represent a number of brilliant writers, directors and producers.

The role of an agent’s assistant centres around ensuring the smooth running of the agents’ offices through effective organisation and exceptional client care. Client promotion, seeking new opportunities across the industry globally and safeguarding their interests is at the heart of what an agent does. The successful candidate will need to quickly gain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of each of the client’s work and specific requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and experience within an administrative role. This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working for busy offices and the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Some experience working in a talent agency in an administrative role would be useful although not essential as we will provide the relevant training and support. A passion for, and knowledge of, the industry – particularly across television, film & theatre would also be useful.

Salary Range: minimum of £27,500 (dependent on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible
