Echo Artists is a dynamic talent agency representing Production Designers, Directors of Photography, Costume Designers, Editors and Hair and Make-Up Designers in Film, Television, Commercials and Music Videos. We are looking for an Agent’s Assistant to come and join our brilliant and close-knit team. The right candidate is extremely hard working, enjoys working with others, has excellent communication skills and unrivalled attention to detail. Someone who is proactive and thinks ahead, is a multi-tasker and can handle the pressure of a high paced and busy environment without cutting corners. We’re looking for a âcan doâ attitude and positive approach to all tasks in hand. In return we would be able to provide training and exposure to the commercials and music videos industry as well as opportunity for growth.
Previous experience as an assistant is essential, experience at a Talent Agency or in the Entertainment Industry is preferred but transferrable skills would also be considered. Excellent taste in music videos/ music/ commercial content that is in line with the brand identity of the company will also give the right candidate an edge.
The applicant must have experience of diary management and assisting and prioritising a busy workload.
Responsibilities Include
⢠Inbox management, organising the teams shared inbox for 2 Agents
⢠Diary and to do list management for 2 Agents
⢠Making sure Agents are aware of deadlines, helping them to prioritise
⢠Call list management
⢠Draft emails and responses on behalf of Agents as needed
⢠General filing and ad hoc tasks
⢠Setting up meetings when required
⢠Being the gatekeeper for the department
⢠Liaising with all other departments to ensure they have the latest client information (accounts dept, film dept etc)
⢠Updating various company communication tools (IE, Slack, Trello) with the newest information/correspondence
⢠Drafting Submissions
⢠Drafting Deal Memos
⢠Researching latest trends and up and coming Directors/HoDs within the industry and keeping department up to speed
⢠Answering phone and taking messages as needed
Further Details about the position:
⢠To start ASAP but no later than beginning of December 2021
⢠The role is based at our offices in the exclusive De Beauvoir Block, London, N1 4EN (The applicant must be London based and willing to work from the Office full time)
⢠Hours will be 9:30 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour lunch break, however there will be occasional times where hours may be longer than this, (e.g. for screenings or award shows)
⢠Experience of Macs is essential along with Word, Gmail, Mac Mail and Excel.
⢠£20-26k per annum (depending on experience)
⢠There is a share of the profits of the company
⢠5 weeks of holiday plus public holidays and 3 days extra at Christmas
