Where: Located in the heart of London’s bustling and creative Soho, United Agents is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing the worlds of film, TV, books, theatre, and comedy.

Who: We are delighted to be recruiting a Floating Assistant within our Film, TV & Theatre Department.

Our Floating Assistants offer general support to our Film, TV & Theatre department and will be happy to turn their hand to anything. This is a role where no week is ever the same – you could be running packages one minute to providing holiday cover on a busy Assistant’s desk the next. The ideal candidate will be interested in writers and directors. It is desirable, but not essential, that you have had some prior industry experience and can demonstrate a true passion for film, television & theatre.

We are looking for candidates with high level organisational, written, and verbal skills plus a good knowledge of film, television, and theatre. A can-do attitude is important, as is proficiency in the use of MS Office.

The role requires someone who is hugely adaptable, has outstanding attention to detail, and would suit an individual keen to take the next step in their career, working with a number of high-profile offices.
