Full Time Assistant Position

Hatch Talent are looking for an Agent’s Assistant to start ideally within the next month. We provide dedicated personal management to our select client list of exceptional talent. A year’s previous agency experience is preferable. The role can be on a flexible working basis, with some days working from home, but mainly from our offices on the Southbank.

We are looking for the following skills from candidates:

*Must have prior experience with Tagmin and Spotlight.
*Experience with turning around self-tapes and using Vimeo/Tagmin tapes.
*Confidence in handling the administration of a busy office and providing excellent quality assistance to one of the Agents.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent organisational skills are a requirement.
*Experience with contracts (TV, film, theatre and commercials) is desirable but not essential.
*A confident communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and be pro-active.
*Must have a genuine love and passion for the industry.
