ECA is looking for a full-time Associate to join the team in our West London office.
The right candidate will have strong organisational skills, be a completer-finisher, get a thrill from using Excel, have an eye for detail and an ability to remain calm under occasional stress. You will work well as part of a team and be confident using your own initiative.
You’ll have a growth mindset, with passion and a good knowledge of Film & TV and the Arts. You will also have a capacity for patience and empathy with clients, casting directors and producers as we strive to deliver the best service to tight deadlines.
Specific training in ECA systems will be given and knowing how to use Microsoft programmes (Word & Excel) proficiently is essential. Experience with Apple Mac computers is also important. This is not an entry-level job, previous experience in either an agency, production or a creative environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
⢠Handling a high volume of emails and calls
⢠Upload and disseminate accurate information about meetings, availability checks, offers and contracts for clients via Tagmin
⢠Editing client’s taped submissions
⢠Ensuring client CV’s and showreels are up to date.
⢠Processing contracts and organising online and paper filing.
⢠Issuing invoices and keeping track of monies.
⢠Providing full administrative support to the office.
⢠Updating social media platforms
Skills:
⢠Maintain and nurture excellent working relationships, both internally and externally.
⢠Outstanding communication skills, quickly building rapport, comfortable on the phone and delivering clear, accurate emails.
⢠Sensitive to the needs of actors and creatives
⢠Some experience of working with contracts and agreements
