We’re hiring: Junior Booker
£30,000 per year + team bonuses
Full-time | In-office | North Greenwich (1 min from the station)
Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00

Take 3 is a specialist talent agency working across film, TV, commercials and live performance. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Junior Booker/Agent Assistant to join our team.

This is a fast-paced, detail-led role supporting the Director, Senior Agent and Project Managers. You’ll work on exciting productions and help manage artists from initial brief to final call time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing diaries and artist availability

• Creating and sending professional lookbooks and packages

• Booking artists and handling logistics, including call times

• Working across multiple platforms and databases

• Building strong relationships with clients, casting directors and artists

• Attending meetings, handling emails, and supporting both team and solo projects

• Learning rates and contracts across departments (Stunt, Acting, Dance, SPACTs and more)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is extremely organised and thrives in a fast-moving environment

• Can juggle multiple priorities under pressure

• Communicates clearly and confidently, especially on the phone

• Has solid experience using Mac and Google Sheets

• Is a team player with initiative who’s eager to learn
