The role
The on-screen talent department is looking for an experienced Senior Assistant or PA to join us asap. We are passionate about our work and the clients we represent, and we want someone who has the energy and enthusiasm to plug into a team that hits the ground running on a daily basis. We would like you to have experience of working in a busy office environment within the media/TV industry but if you are from a more traditional assistant background, you could still be right for us as long as you love TV, Digital and On-Screen media and thrive off organising a busy team. We need brilliant attention to detail, a can-do attitude and someone who can consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to their role, whilst enjoying every second of it!

Experience and skills
– You will have brilliant assistant/PA and administrative skills including experience of diary management, strong literacy/numeracy skills and it helps if you love to tackle a spreadsheet.
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, World, Excel etc).
– Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as is the ability to read/listen to an instruction and follow it meticulously, whilst also being confident in asking questions for clarity.
– You will need to be fast and deft, as well as a strong communicator.
– Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
– You will be extremely organised and get a kick out of organising others.

Job Specification
The role may vary slightly to fit your skills depending on the specific applicant, but tasks will include:
– Diary and phone management for Sophie Laurimore and her clients.
– Scheduling meetings, appointments, reservations, bookings, minute-taking and travel arrangements for Sophie and the on-screen talent client list.
– Chasing late payments and assisting with contract management.
– Updating client internal resources and keeping industry resources up to date.
– Maintaining effective communication with our clients on a daily basis – you will be liaising closely with well-known talent.
