The role
This specific role is for an assistant to provide full time administrative support to the TV arm of the On-Screen Talent department who represent TV presenters, experts, influencers and content creators. Working as part of a small, fun and energetic team within the agency, this is an ideal job for someone with a keen interest in the entertainment and media industry, and a passion for factual television, the arts and culture. Full training will be offered.
Experience & Skills:
⢠Strong literacy and numeracy skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Word, Excel â inc. spreadsheets & PowerPoint).
⢠You will be a confident communicator with a good sense of fun who enjoys a fast-paced working environment
⢠Attention to detail, an ability to work fast and manage several tasks at once. Good problem-solving skills will be key, as will being able to work well under pressure and think on your feet
⢠You will need to work independently, as well as part of a team
⢠You will be used to assisting in a small team of highly motivated people
⢠You will need to display discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
⢠Proven work ethic
⢠Educated to degree level OR have commercial and/or industry experience
⢠It would be helpful if you have had administrative/secretarial experience or training

Job Specification:
⢠Supporting Sophie Laurimore’s PA and the Onscreen Talent Team with diary and phone management â scheduling meetings, appointments, reservations, and bookings. Some minute taking.
⢠Adding jobs to BP database accounting software (training will be provided)
⢠Generating invoices, tracking and chasing payments due
⢠Creating and publishing social media posts from company accounts
⢠Website updates and news stories
⢠Arrange and manage weekly team meetings
⢠Liaising with accounts team
⢠Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems
⢠Creating and updating media packs, compiling and sending out pitch materials
⢠Handling agency mailboxes and fan mail
⢠Updating department calendar with client activity
⢠Office duties, including setting up and greeting guests/clients in the office for in-person meetings
⢠Tracking client contracts
⢠Any other day-to-day tasks that may arise from running of a small independent busy agency
Permanent contract, full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday 9.30am-6pm âoffice based in central London
Salary: £26K p/annum
Start date: ASAP
