We are actively seeking a new member of the team to join the TV/Film department. 

We’re searching for a motivated and experienced individual who is hungry to achieve a strong list within our TV, Film and Straight Theatre department and loves working as a key team player! 

The candidate should have the ability to nurture talent whilst creating brilliant working relationships within the Entertainment Industry alongside excellent communication & organisational skills as this is an at-home position with added late nights to the Theatre/Events. 

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a busy Theatrical Agency 
• Contacts within the Entertainment business 
• Exceptional team building skills and to communicate easily with different people
• The ability to travel easily for clients’ work commitments 
• Good social media skills 
• Previous experience with Tagmin/Spotlight 

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering and making calls, liaising with clients, casting directors and producers
• The ability to spot and nurture wonderful and diverse talent 
• Own computer and fast Internet connection essential 
• Self-motivated work with initiatives of commission bonuses 
• Invoicing, chasing & tracking payments
• Editing self tapes and showreels and making all deadlines
• Working hours are 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday remotely from home with potential evenings for press nights and graduate shows etc. 

We are looking for a confident and committed team player who is ambitious, with a ‘can do’ attitude and is ready to hit the ground running.
