Where: Located in the heart of London’s bustling and creative Soho, United Agents is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing the worlds of film, TV, books, theatre, and comedy.

Who: We are excited to announce that we are recruiting temporary Floating Assistants to cover the busy summer period for the next 8-10 weeks. Working across all departments, this is a role where no week is ever the same, you could be running packages one minute to providing holiday cover on a busy Assistant’s desk the next. We are looking for individuals who are immediately available and able to work with us on a temporary basis throughout the summer.

We are looking for candidates with high level organisational, written, and verbal skills and a good knowledge of film, television, and theatre. A can-do attitude is important, as is proficiency in the use of MS Office.

Desirable:

• Prior experience of working in a talent agency, casting, or production

Essential:

• A passion for Film, TV & Theatre
• Experience of client facing work
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of standard software packages
• Experience of office admin, including invoicing
