Talent Assistant (supporting two Agents)

The Artists Partnership is hiring a Talent Assistant will support two Agents.  

You will be committed, hardworking, and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and attention to detail. We are looking for a passionate assistant who is excited about the opportunity to work for a rapidly growing agency.  

Duties (not limited to): 

  • Script reading and breakdown writing 
  • Showreel and clip-making for Agent’s clients 
  • Client availability checks; sending out meeting and tape requests (and logging the same) 
  • Invoicing 
  • Diary management for Agents and clients 
  • Organising press night tickets, invites, flowers, etc., and theatre invitations 
  • Drafting ‘push’ emails 
  • Updating tracking lists, biogs, CVs and showreels 
  • Updating internal systems (Tagmin) 
  • Sending birthday messages and gifts 
  • Greeting visitors and offering refreshments 
  • General office admin support 
  • Covering Assistant / Associate holidays 

Do you have? 

  • IT Proficiency: experience with Canva, Tagmin, Word, and Excel is advantageous 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • A high level of discretion 
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task under pressure 
  • A positive can-do attitude and suitable telephone manner
