Assistant to Presenters’ Agent
We are looking for an assistant to support the office of Presenters’ Agent Meryl Hoffman. We need someone confident, friendly and engaging with excellent communication skills. We expect you to be highly motivated with a strong work ethic â and stamina, you’ll be expected to work some additional hours, e.g. studio recordings and some evening events. You must have previous experience of working in an office and it would be useful, but not essential, if you have previous experience of working in the creative industry, for example a talent or casting agency, PR, or a marketing/advertising agency. An interest in social media and emerging digital platforms is also very desirable.
You should have a confident telephone manner as you’ll be speaking to clients and industry professionals on a regular basis. We need an assistant who is scrupulous about detail and who can help set up and maintain systems to help Meryl’s busy office run smoothly. We need someone who also enjoys the challenge of research and is able to multi-task with these projects whilst juggling daily logistical duties.
You’ll need to be able to stay calm and in control when working under pressure and you should also be a diplomat – able to use your tact and discretion at all times.

We’re looking for an organised and confident assistant to join our Talent Department. You must have previous experience of working in a busy office, this is a fast-paced, exciting environment and you need to be able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure. We need someone sensible with excellent communication skills who knows when and how to use their tact and discretion!
You’ll be working alongside a Senior Assistant helping to support the busy office of two of our most senior Talent Agents. One is also CEO of Curtis Brown, so this role includes additional duties and confidential work involving liaising with other senior managers and directors. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and we expect excellent administrative and multi-tasking skills. Candidates should be happy to work as part of a small close-knit team.
