We are a busy West London Theatrical Agency representing theatrical creatives, requiring a part time Payments Administrator/ Bookkeeper for one day per week (to be agreed). The job will include:
• Processing of the weekly payment run, working mostly on Excel
• Distribution of payment advice information to clients
• Compiling bi-annual and annual commission tallies
• Checking and inputting royalty information onto spread sheets
• Other general administrative assistance as and when required eg invoicing, website updating.
Candidates must have:
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in financial administration and/or bookkeeping for at least two years
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience of working on Apple Mac
• Some knowledge of website updating, particularly WordPress, would be desirable
