Accounts Assistant

Job overview:
 Day to day running of the client accounts and assisting with company management accounts on request
 Client’s Accounts – allocating client funds upon receipt daily. Managing the client payment process, including foreign currency payments, setting up payments, and sending out client statements weekly
 Credit Control – aged creditors reconciliation and credit control on a regular basis
 Ad Hoc – responding to queries on client income

Additionally:
 Updating the customers list with new customers /client ledger with new clients
 Managing the client sales ledger, including raising all invoices and credit notes, liaising with client’s agents
 Ensuring that VAT is correct on international bookings and the agency’s commission is correctly deducted
 Paying company invoices when necessary
 Maintaining the client account reconciliation, run weekly

Candidate we are looking for:
 Experience of working in a finance role, preferably in media
 Excellent verbal and written communication
 Effective time management and prioritisation skills
 Good team player, diligent and accurate

This is a full-time position, starting in early-mid July 2021
Salary dependant on experience.
