Job overview:
ï¾ Day to day running of the client accounts and assisting with company management accounts on request
ï¾ Client’s Accounts – allocating client funds upon receipt daily. Managing the client payment process, including foreign currency payments, setting up payments, and sending out client statements weekly
ï¾ Credit Control – aged creditors reconciliation and credit control on a regular basis
ï¾ Ad Hoc – responding to queries on client income
Additionally:
ï¾ Updating the customers list with new customers /client ledger with new clients
ï¾ Managing the client sales ledger, including raising all invoices and credit notes, liaising with client’s agents
ï¾ Ensuring that VAT is correct on international bookings and the agency’s commission is correctly deducted
ï¾ Paying company invoices when necessary
ï¾ Maintaining the client account reconciliation, run weekly
Candidate we are looking for:
ï¾ Experience of working in a finance role, preferably in media
ï¾ Excellent verbal and written communication
ï¾ Effective time management and prioritisation skills
ï¾ Good team player, diligent and accurate
This is a full-time position, starting in early-mid July 2021
Salary dependant on experience.
