Role Description
We are looking for an assistant with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a passion and enthusiasm for the creative industries. A successful candidate will be a team player, who is also self-motivated and good at working independently.
This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working across different divisions, and the skill set to multitask, learn and assist efficiently. Some experience working within the creative industry, e.g. in a talent agency or casting agency, would be beneficial but is not a necessity as we will provide the relevant training and support.
Responsibilities will include:
Full administrative support across the whole office supporting two agents and MD
Diary management.
Managing multiple inboxes and actioning efficiently when required.
Keeping up to date with industry news and developments.
Manage social media accounts
Invoicing and management of Excel/Google Sheet databases
The ideal candidate will:
⢠Have experience working in a Talent Agency or busy office environment.
⢠An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently and effectively
⢠Excellent use of initiative and a can do, proactive attitude
⢠Have genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
⢠Keen to work as a core member of a small team
⢠A desire to learn, be self-motivated, efficient and with an ability to prioritise.
⢠Have literacy in Social Media.
⢠Have knowledge of Tagmin, Spotlight, GSuite, however, training will be given.
⢠Be trustworthy when dealing with confidential information.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven administrative assistance experience
Strong customer service skills
Ability to conduct research and analyze information
Experience with training and staff development
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
