In this assistant role, you will support agent Sophie Dolan and her team, bringing a highly organised approach to administrative needs – from diary management to tracking and chasing invoices – while developing your knowledge about the discipline of talent management.

Responsibilities

• Careful diary management for LARK agent and planning travel.
• Managing client diaries – booking meetings, organising travel, scheduling, liaising with other assistants and industry professionals etc.
• Providing administrative support in processing agent expenses and tracking client invoicing
• Updating client profiles and jobs on the internal software system (Tagmin)
• Updating company systems and spreadsheets, tracking client job opportunities, submissions and contract negotiations
• Keeping track of all relevant client and industry news and communicating it internally
• Assisting with social media posts
• Reading scripts and providing coverage
• Interfacing with high profile clients

What we are looking for

• Previous administrative / diary management experience is essential
• Prior experience at an agency is essential
• An interest in the world of film and TV as well as a basic knowledge of the industry.
• LARK run a very busy office, so you need to be ready to hit the ground running.
• We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with the company and eventually build a career for themselves in talent management
