With the continuing success of the Agency side of our business we are now looking for someone to help us to expand in this area. Our new Assistant will be equally happy about working with actors and creatives. They will already have experience of working in an agency. They will be an enthusiast.
The Production Exchange Management works across the whole range of arts and entertainment media and forms an integral part of The Production Exchange â a registered charity set up to support, mentor and offer opportunity to early career professionals in the industry.
This aspiration permeates the whole of the organisation and thus we believe this post to be entirely suitable for someone who will be ready in time to make the leap from being an Assistant to being a fully fledged agent.
