We’re currently recruiting an Agent’s Assistant to work within our thriving Presenters & Digital Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the agent’s office, ensuring that clients are in the right place at the right time, and that they have everything they need. You will be involved in all aspects of talent management including scheduling meetings, making transport arrangements, diary management, invoicing/managing Royalty and much more.

Responsibilities:

-Handling a high volume of emails and calls, both from clients and brands
-Organising meetings / travel arrangements / general diary management
-Ensuring client CV’s are up to date and that they are optimising their social media platforms to help generate new paid post opportunities
-Processing contracts, issuing invoices and keeping track of monies through Royalty
-Providing full administrative support to the agent and the department as a whole

Qualities and Skills:

-Trustworthy and accurate as will be dealing with highly confidential material and client information
-Fantastic communication skills
-Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-Can-do attitude
-A passion and understanding of the industry
