Agents Assistant / Office Manager

We are a leading boutique Agency based in west London and are actively looking for an experienced Agents Assistant/Office Manager to join our team of extremely busy Agents.

This is NOT an entry level position as proven Agency and Film/TV production experience of not less than five years is required, as the successful applicant must have a mature outlook and a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of how Agents and Film and Television Heads of Department work in order to handle the administration of a busy office and support and assist the Agents and clients.

Applicants must be committed, motivated, responsible, pro-active, organised, able to prioritise, multi-task, show initiative, have excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail. A good working knowledge of Tagmin, Excel, Word and SquareSpace is preferable.

We are all working remotely from home until circumstances allow us to return to the office.
