We are looking for an experienced full time Assistant to support a Senior Agent within the Actors Department. This is a very busy and successful office, working across different time zones so strong organisational skills and great attention to detail are a must. To be considered for this role we would expect that you will already have worked for a senior agent representing high profile clients for a minimum of three years.
Having a natural and friendly, yet professional communication style is important, as well as having a proactive attitude in order to juggle the demands of a fast-paced office working closely with high-profile talent.
This is a very collaborative office so a team player mentality and a motivation to work hard is key.

Responsibilities:
-Handling a high volume of emails and calls, both from clients andâ¯buyersâ¯â¯
-Script and book reading on behalf of, alongside Agent/Clientsâ¯â¯
-Organising auditions / meetings / clientâ¯tapingsâ¯â¯
-Client submissions via Spotlight and on emailâ¯â¯
-Building client material, putting togetherâ¯showreelsâ¯â¯
-Ensuring clientâ¯CV’sâ¯are up to dateâ¯â¯
-Going to see clients and potential clients in the theatre/screeningsâ¯â¯
-Actively seeking potential new clients by attending drama schools and otherâ¯performancesâ¯â¯
-Processing contracts, issuing invoices and keeping track ofâ¯moniesâ¯â¯â¯
-Providing full administrative support to theâ¯agentâ¯and the office as a whole â¯
-Speaking with Clients, Casting Directors, Producers, Directorsâ¯on a daily basis.â¯
-Diary management for the office, theâ¯agentâ¯and the clientsâ¯- which is often complicated in natureâ¯across many different time zones
-Booking international and domesticâ¯travelâ¯for agent and sometimes for clients tooâ¯

Qualities andâ¯Skills:â¯â¯
-Previous experience working as an Agent’s Assistant across film and TV is essential
-Being able to work well with other members of the departmentâ¯teamâ¯â¯â¯
-Trustworthy and accurate as will be dealing with highly confidentialâ¯materialâ¯and client informationâ¯
-Fantastic communication skillsâ¯â¯
-Very strong attention to detailâ¯and organisational skills
