We are now looking for an Assistant to join our thriving Commercials Department.

Job Role:

• Role will require the candidate to assist and support existing team members, in particular the Commercial Agents, as well as proactively source new business opportunities for all talent represented by the department.
• Candidate must have experience pitching to brands, talent procurement agencies, advertising agencies, PR companies etc and constantly update and collate all contacts for these companies.
• Candidate will need to collate casting suggestions and distribute them in a manner that highlights our clients in the best way.
• Candidate must seek opportunities outside of traditional commercial deals, focusing on the digital sphere which will be supported by the Commercial Agents.
• Candidate will update client’s social media stats and insights, as well support team members with admin, invoicing, and general sick/annual leave cover.

Essential Attributes:

• Understanding of the commercial field especially for talent with profile.
• General understanding of how commercial deals work
• Good contacts / relationships with brands, ad agencies, talent procurement agencies, PR companies etc
• Understanding of the digital sphere and ability to seek opportunities for clients outside of traditional commercial field
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently

Desirable Attributes:

• Knowledge of contracts and deal memos
• Willingness to be involved in the community of the company
