COMMERICAL AND VOICE OVER ASSISTANT

A leading talent representation company are recruiting an assistant to work between the commercial and voice department. Based in our modern offices in Soho London, the working environment is collaborative and friendly.

The Role:
This is a newly created role for the business, as part of their scaling plans. You will be supporting the Commercial and Voice. We are looking for someone with experience in departments with a love of the arts.

Duties
Assisting both the Commercial and Voice over department.
Client and Agent Diary Management
Giving Out Auditions / Arranging Client Castings
Liaising with external clients and talent on behalf of the Agent when necessary
Admin and filing: admin duties for both offices, including but not limited to saving/sending documentation, raising, and sending invoices, chasing payments, updating website and databases.
Agent expenses report
Clipping, Showreel Making, Sourcing/Tracking Footage
Ad hoc duties supporting the Head of Commercials and Voice.

Must have:
Great organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Spotlight knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Experience in a Talent Agency or similar settings

What we would like to see (bonus):
Experience with Tagmin
Experience with Canva
Mailchimp and social media
