Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Casarotto Ramsay & Associates are seeking a dynamic, determined individual to work as Executive Assistant and Special Projects Coordinator to our new Managing Director.
Founded in 1989 and based in London, Casarotto Ramsay & Associates is a fiercely independent global agency that represents the world’s most exceptional writers, directors, playwrights, theatre creatives, literary properties and heads of departments in film, theatre, TV and new media.
Supporting the creative, commercial and company duties of the Managing Director, this is a pivotal role in the team. As such, we’re seeking someone with 5-10 years of experience in the film, theatre, television or wider media sectors who can balance administrative duties with operating successfully while working at the highest level with senior industry stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be incredibly organised and pride themselves on being effective, efficient and empathetic. They will be equally passionate about creative excellence and commercial success and enjoy a role where the challenges faced will require agility and adaptiveness every day.
Role Overview
Alongside taking care of the Managing Director’s diary and other organisational needs, this role will have responsibility for special projects across the business, bringing together teams to deliver programs and events, as well as supporting the corporate communications and marketing activities of the team as needed.

– Marketing & Communications Support

Requirements
– Knowledge of and interest in the Film, TV and Theatre Industry.
– Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of Tracked Changes functions in Microsoft Word is advantageous but not essential.

Experience & Skills
– A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in the film, theatre, television, or wider media sector.
– Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and forward-planning skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confident telephone manner
