A leading talent representation company are recruiting an experienced assistant for one of our Talent offices. Based in our modern offices in Soho London, the working environment is collaborative and friendly.

The Role:
This is a unique second assistant role as the team consists of Senior Talent Agent and an Associate Agent, they will need someone who can hit the ground running in this very fast paced team. We are looking for someone who would like to take their career to the next level.

They are looking for a passionate, hard-working person who is excited about the opportunity to work for a rapidly growing agency which is home to some of the world’s most renowned actors, writers, directors, and creatives:

Setting up meetings
Suggesting new talent to Senior Talent Manager
Reading scripts and providing breakdowns
Running diaries for the clients and Senior Talent Agent
Book travel for clients and the Senior Talent Agent
Invoicing and office expenses
Organising client ADR
Office duties (shared among assistants)
Ah-hoc duties supporting Senior Talent Agent

What you need (essential):
At least 2 years of experience at a Talent Agency
A knowledge of and relationship with Casting Directors and/or their assistants
Basic PACT/Equity contract knowledge
Spotlight knowledge
Experience in fast-paced environment
Great organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
