Hamilton Hodell are seeking ad-hoc cover for their talent department (General Assistant/Assistant position)
The ideal candidate will have:
– experience taking / fielding calls
-proficient in Tagmin
-diary management
-excellent communication and administrative skills
-scheduling clients diaries for auditions/ADR/self tapes
-professional phone manner
Candidates will be open to flexible, ad-hoc employment as and when Hamilton Hodell may require further assistance or holiday/ maternity cover.
