We are looking for maternity cover for our thriving Musical Theatre Roster – If you are experienced and passionate and looking to join a strong, collaborative team then we would love to hear from you.
Ideally you’ll have…
2 years experience in talent management, preferably within the Musical Theatre sector
a passion for working with talent
a genuine interest in musical theatre and dance alongside a knowledge of film, TV and theatre
strong sales, marketing, negotiating and interpersonal skills
working knowledge of Spotlight
strong industry contacts
great organisational skills and an eye for detail
Working closely with our team, you’ll be responsible for…
talent and casting director liaison
talent development and relations
attending events and productions that our talent are
involved in
matching performers to appropriate roles as well as contract negotiations and invoicing
⢠This role is full time and could require some evening and weekend work
