Echo Artists is a dynamic talent agency representing Production Designers, Directors of Photography, Costume Designers, Editors and Hair and Make-Up Designers in Film, Television, Commercials and Music Videos. We are looking for an Office and Marketing Assistant to come and join our brilliant close-knit team. The right candidate will be extremely hard working, have excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail. We are looking for someone who believes that âno job is too small’ and loves to work in and maintain a tidy and smooth-running office environment. The role also requires involvement with social media, design, maintaining our website, creative researching, sourcing and curating images and content that represent our clients. The successful applicant will be excited about a varied role that includes being a brilliant problem solver; being conscientious about maintaining an efficient working environment; have a very keen eye for detail when it comes to the company’s brand image, from the presentation of the office to the online identity of the company.
This is an exciting role for someone who is keen to develop the company’s marketing outputs as well as being a core part of the team on a day-to-day basis. The right candidate could be a recent graduate or have 1-2 years’ experience in an office-based environment. Training will be provided but experience with social media platforms is essential.
Responsibilities Include
⢠Office housekeeping (making sure the office space is tidy at all times and presentable for external visitors, watering plants, general domestic operations)
⢠Running duties (errands/ picking up post/managing deliveries /going to post office)
⢠Making teas/coffees for staff meetings and clients
⢠Admin tasks related to clients; updating CVs, web pages, drafting and updating bios and client lists etc
⢠Ordering stationery and staff/ client gifts
⢠Assisting with staff and client event planning and organisation
⢠Researching and drafting content for news pieces and social media posts
⢠Researching, sourcing and curating images for marketing outputs
⢠Helping track client releases and festival dates
⢠Drafting mailouts
⢠General admin support across all departments as needed
⢠General Filing and ad hoc tasks
⢠Answering phone and being first point of call for deliveries/visitors
Further Details about the position:
⢠To start ASAP but no later than end of November 2021
⢠The role is based at our offices in the exclusive De Beauvoir Block, London, N1 4EN (The applicant must be London based and willing to work from the Office full time)
⢠Hours will be 9:30 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour lunch break, however there will be occasional times where hours may be longer than this, (e.g. for event organising)
⢠Experience of Macs and Social Media (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn) is essential along with Word, Gmail, Mac Mail and Excel.
⢠£20-£23k per annum (depending on experience)
⢠There is a share of the profits of the company
⢠5 weeks of holiday plus public holidays and 3 days extra at Christmas
