OFFICE RUNNER

We are currently recruiting an Office Runner to join us on an initial 3 month contract (with the possibility to extend) and starting immediately. Offering general support to the company as a whole, our runner must be happy to turn their hand to anything, have a strong can-do attitude and fierce attention to detail. This is a role where no week is ever the same – you could be running packages one minute to providing holiday cover on a busy assistant’s desk the next.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn about the Film, Television and Book industry, great common sense, be IT savvy and up for getting stuck into anything. While this is an entry level role it’s an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to pursue a career in talent management. An ideal opportunity for someone who has completed an internship or work experience elsewhere.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Assisting all departments (including reception and office management) equally and to the best of your ability.
Covering busy desks in various departments, adapting quickly and efficiently and having a can-do attitude is key.
Booking couriers for assistant’s/agent’s.
Picking up and dropping off local deliveries.
Undertaking general office duties and administrative tasks e.g. photocopying, printing, filing.
Uploading self-tapes to vimeo, updating client CV’s, reading scripts, invoicing.
