The Onscreen Department represents a dynamic roster of TV presenters, influencers , and content creators in the ever-evolving landscape of television and digital media. The role: We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support to the director of the department and her assistant. This role is ideal for an organised individual with an interest in the entertainment and media industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role to support and ensure smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of service. It’s an operational role and will suit someone who enjoys process (and improving processes) and can work quickly and effectively. Important strengths and skills for this role include attention to detail, organisation and efficiency.

Experience & skills:

• Ability to organise a busy director of the company and the self-confidence to manage upwards.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proven work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Job Specification:

• Manage directors’ diary including scheduling meetings, reservations, travel bookings and some personal appointments

• Strong and consistent communication with director daily

• Daily personal assistant tasks for director of the department

• Managing multiple email inboxes and correspondence efficiently

• Updating agency software and internal databases

• Generating invoices and managing payments

• Liaising with accounts team and maintaining confidentiality

• Website updates and handling client fan mail

• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks for the Onscreen department and agents

• Managing contracts, sending, saving, and tracking accordingly

• Any other day-to-day tasks as required that contribute to the smooth running of a busy agency office.

Additional information:

• Training will be provided for specific software and systems
