Collective Agents are seeking an experienced agents assistant to work and grow within the company.
This is an exciting opportunity post pandemic to work at one of London’s top theatrical agencies.
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience of working within a theatrical agency (Ideally 2 years)
Knowledge and confidence with spotlight, tagmin and social media.
A genuine passion for theatre, attending showcases and working within a team
The capacity to stay focused and proactive
Have a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Duties include:
Liaising with clients and casting directors on audition updates.
Regulating and checking client spotlight pages
Invoicing
Social media
Organising and uploading self-tapes
Day to day office support
Attending showcases and client performances
Admin (Processing contracts)
The role would be working from home and liaising with the company director.
Starting date: ASAP
Salary: Dependant on experience
