Senior Voice Over Talent Assistant

The Voice Assistant role provides close support and administration duties to a Senior Agent within an established Voice Over company to ensure all our Voice clients receive the best possible service.

The position requires a person with 4+ years previous Voice Over industry experience within a Talent Agency, alternatively talent management experience, with a strong ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills both written and verbal, and a sense of urgency when attending to various matters, as this is a fast-paced business with very quick turnaround times.

The position demands a high level of patience, initiative, integrity and discretion in maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This role would suit an individual who shows a keen interest in the voice over business (i.e., animation, radio, advertising, podcasts, audio books, documentaries, gaming and more) and who is good with problem solving and has some analytical skills.

• Good MS Office skills
• Marketing experience, creating mailouts, newsletters, posting and interacting on social media
• A working ability on Tagmin and Spotlight making sure all jobs, dates and info is entered correctly
• Invoicing and liaising with accounts
• Liaising with external clients and talent on behalf of the Agent when required
• Admin and filing duties, including but not limited to sending contracts/booking details, managing invoices, chasing payments, coordinating between client and artist, managing diaries, updating website and databases, keeping on top of monthly expenses
• Extensive Diary management and ensuring actors have everything they need for auditions/bookings
• Networking – meeting clients/artists, seeing theatre shows with clients and attending events.
• Submitting on briefs/breakdowns and following up
• Managing Fan mail
• Holiday cover
