United Agents Ltd (UA) is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing the worlds of film, TV, books, theatre and comedy. We’re currently looking for experienced Temps to work across the company to support all departments during the busy summer period! Ideally we are looking for temps who are immediately available and able to temp with us throughout summer. We are looking for candidates with prior experience of working in a talent agency, casting or production and therefore politely ask that only those with relevant experience apply.

The successful candidates will ideally have:

– An excellent working knowledge of film, television and theatre.
– A knowledge of existing Casting Directors.
– Experience of working in a talent agency, casting or production.
– Understand the nuances of working directly with talent.
– Consequently, we’re actively looking at candidates who have experience of client facing work.
– Be computer literate and technically minded, together with a good knowledge of standard software packages.
– Be able to work quickly and accurately.
– Excellent communication skills
– Experience of office admin, including invoicing
– Have a can-do attitude, enjoy being part of a team and able to think on their feet.
– An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently and effectively.
