Team Assistant – Digital

Job purpose

Insanity Group is a rapidly growing media company operating in the music, broadcast, live and digital markets. Insanity represent top tier broadcast and music talent, and operate a record label in partnership with Sony Music. ‘Brand Socials™’ and IXB are Insanity Talent Management’s newest divisions, primarily focusing on the significant opportunities currently available in respect talent-led marketing on digital and non-linear platforms.

As part of the company’s deeper expansion into the digital market, Insanity are looking for an exceptional Digital Assistant to join our ever expanding digital department.. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties from logistics, data collection and analysis through to document creation and liasing with brands. The individual has to have a high level of communication skills as they will be working closely with the digital managers to assist in the smooth running of the division and be responsible for administrative and reporting procedures.

The candidate will be motivated and an exceptional team player with a keen eye for attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to a high standard.

Duties and responsibilities

• Use data analytics packages to create reports and research.
• Writing and editing copy using pre designed templates.
• Diary management and client logistics.
• Communicating with high level personnel at external companies.
• Working with and assisting digital managers and the brand partnership manager on their daily duties
• Communicate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the division.
• Work alongside the management team to pitch talent for brand collaborations and opportunities.
• Assist in the securing brand partnerships for our existing roster of talent clients.
• Assist in the managing and nurturing of existing clients.
• Assist in and lead in the processes for the Insanity Group digital roster.
• Research duties from new platforms, potential clients, brands.
• Prepare files for use online and sending to external parties.
• Respond to queries and filter to the appropriate manager.
• Contributing to the development of new online resources and projects.
• Communicate with the US team to assist in the implementation of backend procedures and processes.
• Assisting in the implementation of the divisions strategy.

Specifications

Required:

• Undergraduate Degree (preferably at 2:1 or above)
• Ideally knowledge of the digital influencer landscape
• Ideally knowledge of the entertainment business.
• Able to prioritise tasks and time manage.
• Competent IT abilities both with applications (Word, Microsoft, Excel, Mail, PowerPoint) and cloud based services (Gsuite).
• Keen eye for detail
• Demonstrable experience in curating emails and communication skills.
• Demonstrable competency in planning and logistics.
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated, ambitious and willing to learn
• An interest in the media industries
• Thrive under pressure, remain calm in situations and has the ability to multitask.
