Voice Over Assistant

The Voice Assistant role provides close support and administration duties to a Senior Agent within an established Voice Over company to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

The position ideally requires a person with previous Voice Over industry experience, alternatively talent management experience, with a strong ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills both written and verbal, and a sense of urgency when attending to various matters, as this is a fast-paced business with very quick turnaround times.

The position demands a high level of patience, integrity and discretion in maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This role would suit an individual who shows a keen interest in the voice over business (i.e., radio, advertising, podcasts, audio books, gaming and more) and who is good with problem solving and has some analytical skills.

Ideally :
• Good MS Office skills
• Marketing experience, using mailchimp and experience with loading information onto social media
• A working knowledge of Tagmin and Spotlight making sure all jobs, dates and info is entered correctly
• Invoicing and liaising with accounts
• Liaising with external clients and talent on behalf of the Agent when required
• Admin and filing duties, including but not limited to saving/sending documentation, raising and sending invoices, chasing payments, updating website and databases
• Extensive Diary management and ensuring actors have everything they need for auditions/bookings
• Push emails
• Breakdowns
• Monthly expenses
• Sending out CAN/Contracts via Hello sign
• Twitter updates and responses
• Managing Fan mail
• Holiday cover
